What is Involved?

Pre-Purchase Home Inspections Include:

  • Inspection of Roofing and Exterior Surfaces
  • Structural Review
  • Inspection of Electrical and Plumbing
  • Inspections of Heating and Air Conditioning
  • Inspection of the Interior and Appliances

Pre-listing inspections include a review of your mayjor system.

What Should You Do?

First, we encourage you to come along on the inspection. As we go through the inspection you will gain valuable insight into your future home. We will discuss the different components as the inspection progresses and you have a better understanding to the value of regular maintenance. You will also have an opportunity to ask important questions that you may have thought of as you were being shown the house by your agent.

Ask questions. There are many reasons to have a home inspection completed before you purchase any house. One is to make sure that from a high level systems and components are all working at the time of the inspection. But, just as importantly is to have someone who can answer questions regarding the house that will give a peace of mind about your purchase. It’s a house before you close, it’s begins to become your home afterwards.

Receive your report. You will receive a detailed report within 24 hours after the completion of the inspection. Many times you will see it before 9:00 AM the next day. You will receive a link that will include your report that you can download as well as some extra pictures that were taken during the inspection. Your report and inspection pictures will be available for 60 days after the inspection date.
